Because each item is custom-printed for you, we do not currently offer general returns or exchanges for sizing.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, we’ve got you covered! Please contact us at servicedesk@xortz.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Since we cannot swap sizes once an item is printed, please double-check our Size Guide before completing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
